Indexing URLs (among others) is crucial for a correct SEO in Google, but sometimes it is also crucial to deindex URLs in bulk at the highest possible speed. INDEXED.pro is the only tool on the market that helps you de-index URLs on autopilot.
- Create an XML Sitemap that contains the URLs (with NoIndex meta robots tag) you want to deindex (you can call it “sitemap-deindex.xml, for example)
- Upload it to Google Search Console

Our tool automatically checks which URLs on your website are indexed, or not. In case some pages are not indexed and should be, INDEXED.pro will take care of getting them indexed at lightning speed. All without you having to do anything at all. Just sit and see URLs get indexed!

The pages of a website that are not indexed in Google (or other search engines) cannot rank and, therefore, cannot attract organic traffic or visits.
To determine if a URL is indexed on Google, you can use the following methods:
- Google Search: Enter "site:https://yourwebsite.com/your-url" in Google's search bar. If the URL appears in search results, it's indexed.
- Google Search Console: Access the Index Coverage Report in Google Search Console to check URL indexing status. You can also use the URL inspector tool.
- Google Analytics (or similar tools): Monitor organic traffic to the URL. If traffic is generated from Google (no ads), it's likely indexed.
- INDEXED.pro: Our SEO software checks daily if the URLs of your website(s) are indexed on Google, or not.
By employing these methods, you can ascertain whether a specific URL is indexed on Google.
Short answer: INDEXED.pro needs this in order to work properly.
We agree that it can be bothersome, and we recognize that the initial request to register your individual INDEXED.pro service account as an Owner within your Google Search Console account may seem a bit intrusive.
It's important to understand that Google has imposed this stringent criteria in order to provide the ability to effectively act on your behalf and submit pages for indexing. The service account can only function properly with Owner rights; other access levels are insufficient.
You might now be considering how this arrangement will affect security. We'll help you feel more at peace. It is not intended for users to sign in directly to Google Search Console using the service account. Instead, it is given very particular rights that are only intended to be used in conjunction with the Google Indexing API and perform the following tasks:
- Check URL indexation
- Index URLs
- Deindex URLs (IMPORTANT: We don’t use the “Remove Request” Indexing API request for this)
INDEXED.pro is not magic! The tool works with our own crawlers, some official Google APIs (Google Search Console API, Indexing API…), and some AI-powered processes.
Basically, INDEXED.pro automates and speeds up the process of website URL indexing (and / or deindexing), so webmasters, indie makers, entrepreneurs, startups, etc. don’t have to worry about URL indexing at all. INDEXED.pro also acts as a “URL Indexing Keeper” that detects URLs that were indexed and accidentally got deindexed, and sends them back to the Google Index on autopilot.
Please be aware that Google suggests using the Indexing API mainly for transient content, such as JobPostings and BroadcastEvents, although it will gladly handle any page type you supply, provided there are no other technical SEO difficulties. We have been using the Indexing API for years, and have not yet come across any websites where Google has reported or removed content. Indexing is not a crime and it is not against Google policies and / or terms.
